I guess it is it's own test...if you know what the word is, you have
the required skill. If you don't know what the word is, it doesn't
matter, because you aren't the targeted audience.

How many requirements simply say "FrameMaker"? Because you know what
it is, it makes sense and we see it phrased that way quite often
without question. Imagine someone from that field wondering what
Framemaker was?
