I don't ask open ended questions as they only result in open ended
answers. Is there anyone who is creating documentation who isin't
already asking themselves "Does the document allow the person to do
what they need to do?"
What's missing from the question is, what kind of documentation?
Right now, with the type of documentation I'm creating, Installation,
Upgrade, and Migration, I'd ask "Are all the CLI statements 100%
correct, complete, and efficient?"

"I think the problem, to be quite honest with you, is that you've never actually known what the question is."
