RE: Writing documentation for developers

That's a good question--when I said we were in transition, that not only
includes writing a new software system for our customer and billing
database, but also installing a new server and an Avaya phone system.  So
it's really busy in my department, and with so much going on. . .  Let's
just say that sometimes I feel the information I'm getting is at the extreme
end of "Informational Granularity."  But thanks for the advice--I'll bring
it up.
