Accents have nothing to do with it! Some people are more comfortable
speaking C++ than English, even when English is their native tongue.

Vonnegut jokes that, like Joseph Conrad, he wrote novels in English as a
second language -- but unlike Conrad, he didn't have a *first* language.
Vonnegut would be a classic SME.

Personally, I don't know anything about agencies. Nor, apparently, about
Friday humor.
