I'm looking for web-application usability resources and was wondering if
anyone had any favorites:

I'm looking for:
reference materials
predefined surveys
professional services

I've reviewed the surveys available on Gary Perlman's page
(http://www.acm.org/perlman/question.html) but the questions do not seem
targeted enough for my group, who want to include questions about
navigation and other web-specific features.

Thanks,
