Very few fonts contain glyphs for every Unicode character, and it may be
that the fonts you have used don't have that particular character defined.

Arial Unicode MS is one of the few fonts I know of that has a glyph for
every Unicode character (or at least, every character defined at the time
the font was created) so it might be worth seeing if you can use that font,
and if it makes any difference.
