I use D2H and I agree with both parties. It is hard to use compared to RH
but the people at ComponentOne, including Dan, have been responsive and
helpful above and beyond the call of duty.

I am chiming in because I am the Product Manager for Doc-To-Help and I want
to point you (and anybody else who may be interested) to some resources.

All these are available for free:

One hour starter training session:
Visit our site, www.doctohelp.com, and follow the links.

Tutorials and Getting Started Guide:
Look in the start menu. You will see some resources there.

How-to articles:
Our support site, helpcentral.componentone.com, has some helpful articles.
Just click on the "articles" link. Be warned that there is information for
our development tools there as well.

Forums:
There are two forums you will find useful. We have a forum on the
HelpCentral site (you can find it under "Community"). Paul Neshamkin also
moderates a Yahoo user group, D2Husers.

Online Support:
You are also entitled to free online support.

We also sell full training (www.doctohelp.com/training).

All that said, new Doc-To-Help users do sometimes experience a learning
curve because it is different than most HATs. Once you get started, you will
find that it is not a difficult tool to use.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask here or off-list, Dan Beall
