Hi all,

Well, as the subject line indicates, I've never been able to figure out if
it should be User Guide or User's Guide? What do you think?

Personally, I'd lean towards User Guide, because I dislike typing extra
letters (especially punctuation). However, I see both being used, but I was
taught to use User's Guide.

Also - does anyone have any statistics on how useful videos are as a
training tool? Do they actually make things easier or is it just as case of
in one ear (or eye), out the other?

Cheers,
Trish :)
