What the heck? Now I've seen "Tony Markos," "Richard Lewis," and "Tony Lewis"---to the point where different names/aliases are being used even within the same thread. The only one I haven't seen is "Richard Markos," but I might have just missed that one.

If you want concrete specific steps, sorry, I have research this and the closest thing that I found to my (below) approach is what is discussed in a book by Edmund Weiss (I think that's his name).
