Is it a bad thing to open Outlook twice? I want to see both the contents of my Inbox and the Calendar at the same time but it worries me that two instances of the same program are running at the same time. What do y'all think? Thanks!

Shouldn't be a problem. It won't be two instances; it will be two windows. No different from opening two documents in Word. Outlook handles multi-threading well.
