I find this to be true. I have yet to have anyone--even the gurus before
whom I bow on Word-PC--give me an answer. It should work on any document,
on any text, as long as it's not set to "no proofing". But it doesn't
always. However, someone recently sent me a macro that does the more or
less the4 same thing: word count and Flech/Flesch-Kinkaid reading scores.
It's supposed to count passive sentences too, but it always comers up 0
even when I KNOW there is a passive construction. And it always works.
