Sorry, but that's not exactly correct, Bill. The option is called
ClipboardFormatsPriorities, and it only affects content being
pasted into FrameMaker via the Windows clipboard, i.e. content
from outside of FrameMaker. Cut and paste or copy and paste
within FrameMaker is not affected by the maker.ini option.
FrameMaker text pasted into FrameMaker always comes with
the source text's formatting intact unless you specifically use
the Paste Special command to opt for plain text.

Are you typing the text or pasting it. If pasting, you may want to
rearrange your paste options in the maker.ini to put "TEXT" first.
This way FM always pastes content as unformatted text.
