Tools like this are a double-edged sword. In the hands of an
organization that doesn't care about quality, they can enable
the creation of really bad documentation with greatly reduced
time and expense. In the hands of one that does, they can
automate a lot of the repetitious tasks of documentation and
give writers more time to verify accuracy, test functionality
and generally ensure that documentation will actually make
sense and be useful. The question is, what kind of an
organization do you work for?

I haven't seen that "tool," but I did get a query from a potential client
who wanted me to edit the document set they produced using "Dr. Explain"
(http://www.drexplain.com/). It's funny to find that some actually think a
writer isn't needed. "Now, if we just engineer this right, ..."
