I can answer that

Their customer support is excellent

Mike Hamilton and their Tech Support are very quick and responsive

I think you will be pleased

While I admit there were quite a few bugs with the 1.0 and I hit a real
frustration pt, they have redeemed me with their customer Support over
the last several weeks. I do know they were in a rush with the first
release

2.0- is supposed to include many bug fixes and lots of other nice things
like Frame support etc.

I would like to see Flare succeed given the circumstances with Adobe
etc.

Cheers

Barbara Vega

Thanks to all for your information on RoboHelp I appreciate the input
and evidence that I was apparently misinformed. My question now is will
there be a sufficient level of support with the new product? Or is that
a crystal ball question?
