Software Packages for Creating Tutorials (e.g., Captivate)

Hello Everyone,

I have been reviewing Adobe's Captivate software for
the creation of tutorials.

Can anyone give me an idea of what software packages
compete with Captivate?

My company is looking for such a piece of software and
I would like to ensure this is the best package for
our needs.
