Re: Performance Review Form Creation
Back on July 11, I asked for ideas for creating personnel evaluation forms using Word's Form Tool. Not one person replied, so I will try to make the request more general in nature.
Does anyone use performance appraisal forms that are completed online? If so, how were they created? What is a relatively simple, cost-effective way to do it?
The natural approach to that problem, it seems to me, is to use a Web interface to a secure database. This is straightforward Web programming, and it costs only your time to implement (rather than buying an expensive special-purpose tool that basically accomplishes the same thing for non-programmers).
