I am posting this for a colleague.

"I would like some help in choosing a book to learn Adobe Illustrator CS2.

I know Photoshop and CorelDraw but not Illustrator or Freehand so I really need to learn the basics although I am no stranger to graphic software.

The books that I can choose from (which I found on Amazon, if there is anything else that you can tell me where to buy online, that's fine) are:

Classroom in a book by the Adobe Creative Team

The Adobe Illustrator CS2 Wow! By Sharon Steuer

Real World Adobe Illustrator CS2 by Mordy Golding

Adobe Illustrator CS2 - Hands on training by Jeff Van West

Adobe Illustrator CS2 - Gone Wild by David Karlins and Bruce K Hopkins

Adobe Illustrator CS2 - How To: 100 Essential techniques by David Karlins and Bruce K Hopkins"

Thanks
