Yo Wade,
I got the ubiquitous "The page cannot be displayed" with the "tinyurl"
But I HAVE gotten two good leads, including the Adobe Knowledgebase
patch and Freewheel.
Interesting tagline to your signature. Wasn't it Plato who wrote
(paraphrasing now) the best leaders are those who are qualified, but who
are not truly interested in the job?

Here is the results from a google search for "Scroll not working in
FrameMaker"
A leader is best when people barely know that he exists. Less good when
they obey and acclaim him. Worse when they fear and despise him. Fail to
honor people, and they fail to honor you. But of a good leader, when his
work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say, "We did this ourselves."
