Geoff...this was almost perfect and I feel guilty even asking...but,
can you suppress the directory?

Right now, your script gave me:

..
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\img\next.gif 966
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\img\open.gif 865
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\img\prev.gif 960
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\img\smarts_logo_web_color.gif 1241
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\img\titleframe.gif 3651
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\pdf\sdk_model_ref.pdf 1597465
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\_doc++\.html 53528
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\_doc++\aindex.html 47174
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\_doc++\ApplicationGroup.html 4027
U:\PDFs-6.5-SP3\HTML-allCDs\icim\_doc++\ApplicationServer.html 9859
..

I'd like:

next.gif 966
open.gif 865
prev.gif 960
smarts_logo_web_color.gif 1241
titleframe.gif 3651
sdk_model_ref.pdf 1597465
.html 53528
aindex.html 47174
ApplicationGroup.html 4027
ApplicationServer.html 9859
