Wow. Since I echoed the ranter and this is developing into.. Uh.. Well -
you know - I feel the need to respond

Again to their credit their Customer Service is excellent in terms of
responsiveness. I do adore some of their features - variables, system
variables, putting in images - it's awesome - much less tedious than
Robo - there are lots of great things about Flare.

There were just bugs that we were surprised at and early this week I
really hit a frustration mark which I alluded to at the end of my post

I am a very experienced user - that is not to say I can't make mistakes
- but the rant person is an inexperienced user and perhaps more of that
person's mistakes could have been user error - or maybe not who knows.

I do want to be fair and I certainly am not trying to malign anyone!

The original poster might have come off better had s/he not hid behind
anonymity perhaps.
