All I will say is - try doing linked chms (linking mulple project into
one TOC) from a network drive OR try doing the same think with WebHelp
and then see what your external links do when the Output files are made
with so many series of children files that the external links can't
follow them and get lost so the links don't work, and we've been told
then that WE must manually fix them.
FT Search is slow
Oh man - what a lot of bugs there are..
To their credit it does do a lot of nice things Robo didn't do -
inserting images has a lot of nice nifty features etc.
But I echo the sentiments of the person below -
Remember that all 1.0's are buggy but this one is particularly so
Mike Hamiltone - forgot about him
My last email to tech support I copied the salesperson because it was
really getting to be the last straw
We are at our wits end

Anonymous,
Have you expressed your concerns to MadCap? That seems like a reasonable
place to start.
It strikes me as a bit odd that we've not heard this from anyone else.
Hope you get it worked out. I would guess you'll hear from MadCap. Mike
Hamilton has been known to keep tabs on this list.
