You left RoboHelp off the list? I know many consider it to be on its
way out, but it still does conditional processing. ;)

(Actually, for me the jury's still out ;-) While I don't recommend
that anyone purchase X5 now, I hope to see X6 next summer. It's not
out until Adobe finally stops selling it.)
