Hi Gene,
I totally agree on what Mil. Spec. writers should have been doing; however,
I also had to use some of the garbage that our government produced. The
stuff generated by the company I worked for was all over the place, partly
because the shop was loaded with retired military personnel (except me...I
was honorably discharged, but couldn't handle the military long enough to
retire).
