It's certainly possible, but I wouldn't bother. Instead, I'd create two templates (one called "Internal.dot" and another called "Confidential.dot"), and make them available on the network. Fill the templates with whatever boilerplate material you need, and you're done. For more inspiration on how to use templates effectively in this way:
