Hi everyone -

My company is looking to hire a ghostwriter to work with one of our executives to produce a book. Does anyone have a good (or maybe even not so good) example of an agreement/contract between a ghostwriter and an organization? We'd like to make it "official" with this writer, but don't have any verbiage with which to start. Any ideas? Any hints at all are greatly appreciated!

Thanks -
B. Johnston, Tech. Writer/Editor
