Bryan Douglas asked:

I know I'm going back into ancient history, but I have a requirement to
provide online help for handsets that use Wireless Markup Language(WML).

Has anyone created a RoboHelp handler that can be used to convert XML
into WML? Are there any other tools out there that can generate WML from
XML or HTML source? I done an extensive search and only found some
tools that do it, but not very well.

Have you considered retrofitting your HTML text to some standard XML
schema (for example, DITA) then applying transforms that output
respectively to WML and HTML?

Sure, that option requires much effort but you'll have better control
over the results!
