Dave,
It may be that an entry in the character or paragraph catalog is referring
to an unavailable font -- irrespective of whether you're using that
particular character or paragraph tag anywhere. I've previously come across
situations where setting Remember Missing Fonts "off" doesn't fix this
particular problem.
Try scrolling through each tag in both the paragraph and character designer
dialogs, whilst displaying the tab that shows which font is being used. If
you come across any font names that are greyed-out, they might be the
problem. Replacing the greyed-out font with something that is available may
fix it (or, of course, adding the missing font to your system).
