At first glance, not the most esthetic choices, but for a quick fix if
you're (like me) graphically challenged, these might be a good solution
until you can create something more elegant. In particular, note that
despite the appearances of the buttons at the right of the page, you
can specify the font and background color separately using the tools
towards the bottom left of the window... so you can boldface and invert
the font to provide more contrast.
Note that if you turn the buttons into hyperlinks, don't forget to add
the "alt" text for visually impaired visitors to your site so their
screen readers will know what to make of the buttons.
