Word macro to convert Word doc to marked up web text

I am looking for a Word macro that does the following:
1. Finds the name of every linked graphics file in a document.
2. Selects each name and copies it into the next line of text.
3. Deletes the includepicture command in the frame and the frame
itself.
I also need the following in a macro:
1. At the heading 1 level, insert "h1. " at the beginning of every
heading.
2. At the beginning of every heading 2 level, insert "h2. "
3. And the like for heading levels 3 and 4.
4. Eliminate bold face for heading levels 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Would someone have something similar? I am not good at writing macros.
