the other means for finding help topics (TOC, index, etc.).
Demonstrate finding the appropriate help topic using context-sensitive
techniques vs not using context sensitive help (limit yourself to the
non-context sensitive help techniques).
For a user who is unfamiliar with the package, is there a significant
