Doesn't it give you a sort of guilty pleasure, seeing a company being
bullied into providing documentation! (Even if it is technical docs and not
user docs).
It might have if the story had been about MS franticallt trying
to hire an army of techwriters and triggering a new local boom
for Seattle area writers.
