LQ: Sounds good, what you said. But there have been quite a few commercial
file transfer services that have been mentioned so far (on this thread). Is
there a simple way to tell whether a particular service is using https and
not just http? Can you tell that they are using https from your browser?

place over HTTPS at a minimum. Must. If not, you must assume
they've been compromised, because you can't know that they haven't
