Me again:
Having used both WinCVS and TortoiseCVS, I can attest to it being **far** better. And I must add a disclaimer. We are such an aggressively Windows shop that we are running CVS on a !!!Windows server!!! and it behaves ***very*** badly. The devs have been lobbying for a Linux box, but with little success. And we, too, will be migrating to Subversion fairly soon.
