Sounds like you are well read on this subject! Please
provide the steps to creating modular documentation.
Tony, are you not paying attention? There are countless methodologies
out there to use in order to create modular documentation. It appears
you're still stuck in a "there can be only one" mentality. If it's
head-lopping you're after, I think you came to the wrong guy.
