I was just about to leave when this question came through, so here's the
Cliff's Notes of how I would do it:
1. In Frame, create a new master page based on your left or right master
page as appropriate.
2. Rotate the text block 90 degrees on the new master page.
3. Resize the text block accordingly.
4. Assign that master page to the page that you want to be landscape.
When you PDF the book, Acrobat should take care of rotating the page
automatically.
