Hello,

Only a couple of comments from a translator's perspective:
- If the translators use translation software, then the way they would most likely have to handle revised source documents would be to accept all changes in them and then let their own software identify the changes for them as they go.
- The ideal is to receive all documents at once for translation, but most translators are accustomed to doing large jobs in parts. No matter how good the translator, however, this has slight impact on consistency.
- Whether the translators are given preliminary drafts or final documents does not really matter as long as you and they agree on what the task is to be done with what is being sent to them. However, remember that just about any good translator is normally working at 110% capacity and often scheduled out already for several weeks or longer. The shorter the timeline you have to work with, the harder it will be to find translators available to take the work.

Good luck!

Steven
