Word to HTML conversion

I have taken a look at Word to HTML tools twice in the past 12 months.
The only tools I've found that retains the document layout (rather than
breaking it into separate documents) is ClickToConvert and Word itself.
You could also open Word documents in Open Office and save to HTML from
there - the HTML is "better".



ClickToConvert is the only one that will capture headers and footers.



Let me know if you want any info on those tools that do break on
headers. I've tested quite a few of those recently, too.
