You might want to keep the Troubleshooting section in the guide if there
are guide users who are not likely to see the Release Notes. Also, if
the Troubleshooting section covers issues that go beyond the specific
release and applies to general use of the product, keeping them in the
guide might be wise.

I am tempted to place my nascent Troubleshooting section into my release
notes, which now have these sections:
- new features
- Changes
- closed issues
- known issues

Is there any real reason to keep a Troubleshooting section at the end of
my main admin guide?
