With Acrobat you can restrict the copying of the content from the PDF.
You can prevent the printing of the PDF. You can prevent anyone from
making changes to the content.

To keep anyone from copying it from a network drive, restrict access to
the network drive/folder. If the PDF can't be seen, it can't be copied.

Subject: Restricting PDF copying

Posting a PDF file on a shared network. The PDF is secured against
printing. Is it possible, using either Acrobat or Windows settings, to
secure it against being copied?

The goal here is not to keep out the bad guys -- nothing can do that.
The goal is to restrict copying by good guys, when they forget which
files are not supposed to be copied.

Thanks,

Dan
