Yes, SnagIt 7.2.4 will do this.
Check out the SnagIt Help > Custom Scroll Input options.
You will probably have to experiment with it a little, I did. But
basically:
1. Set the Custom Scroll Input option
2. Execute the capture (default is Ctrl+Shift+P).
3. With the cross hairs, define the area of the displayed pull-down
4. Then the crosshairs change to a cursor.
5. Select the vertical scroll bar and scroll down.
6. When you lift your mouse key, the entire list is captured and
displayed in the Preview window.
Pretty slick.

Use the snagit video feature.
It works very well, and gives you a video of frames, so you can flip
through each frame to get exactly the image you want by saving whatever
frame you want to a separate file.
There are a couple things that are not perfect (never press the escape
key with a brand new unsaved video before you). You will lose your
video. Save your new .avi as soon as you get it.
Stay with snagit 7, as snagit 8 disabled the fast video review forward
that you get when you press and hold the right arrow key. They are now
aware of this problem, FWIW.
best,
Paul
