I'm doing the same thing but quite frankly I can't tell the difference between what I was doing before and what I am doing now.

Hi all.

I've made the switch from technical writer to business analyst. I was wondering if anyone out there has any good book recommendations.

I've got UML for the IT Business Professional (a very good read)
Writing Effective Use Cases

Also, what about Web sites? I found the International Institute of Business Analysis, but are there any others?

Thanks in advance.
