I was going to suggest an RSS feed as well, but what will employees use
as a reader? Bloglines? A desktop app? Or they could subscribe over
email, leading to the same problem as before.
A blog is another idea, but that really would only work with an RSS
feed.
What about printing it out and putting it on everyone's chair or
mailboxes? It's a waste of paper, but it's a bit more forceful if these
people really have to be reading the content.
Like someone else already said, there's no way to force everyone to read
something, and there will always be complainers. So pick what works best
for you since you're the one who has to put up with it. :)
