Tools: Online style guides

This information just arrived in the free _Editorium Update_ newsletter 
(http://www.editorium.com), which is a great free resource if you're a 
Word user. Two online style guides:

One from Wikipedia:

Jack Lynch's Rutgers Guide to Grammar and Style: 
http://andromeda.rutgers.edu/~jlynch/Writing/

Like any other style guide, they're a resource, not a book of law. Use 
them to supplement your research, provide insights into alternatives, 
and possibly even help you to understand why something is done.
