Any sizeable library will have a reference book listing all periodicals
currently published. It's an invaluable mining tool, IMHO. Also, in the
event you're stuck in BFE, online librarians from large libraries will
help, too, if you ask nicely.

That and maybe a copy of this year's "Writers' Market"?

I also used to liberate such trade magazines from offices I would visit;
the mastheads provided all sorts of info. One other source: Folio
magazine online is an excellent tool, albeit you may need to pop for a
subscription.
