I can beat that one. How about a company's internal HR person
who inadvertantly included the candidate (me) on distribution when emailing the results of the post-interview round-robin discussion meeting, complete with each interviewer's candidate evaluation form attached?

Best "recruiter without a clue" story I have is the person who forgot to use BCC when she mass e-mailed all her clients to announce her phone number change. I got to see all the people at our company who were in her address book. Of course, one never really knows exactly why she might have a particular address, but I had my suspicions that a couple of my co-workers were not as happy in their jobs as they might have been. Definite fox paw on her part, eh? :-)
