I don't live in the U.S. but I doubt if k mart or
walmart can be called a 'dealer'

yeah there are instructions (thank god) to be
written and provided with a product but the first
thing that comes to mind is holler for help
offline. [There was this cute cartoon of this guy
saying: "Hey Joe, is it one or two f's in
grafics"
or something of the sort. Joe's like: 'If you are
going with f, you might as well make it two.']

True story: I went around asking three people how
to find out the mac address on a phone before
looking into the booklet (attractive cover, art
paper, in clear English - couldn't have asked for
a better technical document!)
