It's a business suite of communication tools (e-mail, shared
databases, etc.) that you'd be using in place of Outlook and the like.
It's quite common, but knowledge *of* it and knowledge of other
Outlook-like collaboration and communication tools would, IMHO, be
fine to meet that requirement.
Note that I hate Lotus Notes but I have to use it anyway. ;-)
