A former coworker of mine got a 2nd degree burn on his hand because his Pop
Tart broke when he was taking it out of the toaster and got bubbling goo all
over his hand. I don't know if he proceeded to the headbanging step,
although he was a child of the 60's, and did EST, etc.

1. Open Pop Tarts.
2. Toast them.
3. Eat them.

Note: Should anything bad happen while following these instructions,
consider the possibility that you may be a complete and utter idiot.
Seek a large solid object and ram your head into it repeatedly until
the situation improves.
