This may fall into the category of "obvious," but from my experience
it isn't to many reviewers: a very clear and hopefully idiot-proof
statement that the review document is preliminary and should only
be used to operate your product (if at all) under whatever conditions
you specify for testing, validation, etc. I would also watermark every
single page of the review doc with something to that effect in the event
of printing or copying.
