Well, I worked with John G., Mr. Young-At-Heart, for a few years at Wang Labs in Lowell, MA. If you don't remember Wang and, therefore, the first years of word processing, I'm probably way older than you.
I remember walking to junior high one fine October blue sky morning wondering whether Russia would launch those missiles.
I was on a bus en route to a museum for a high school field trip when JFK was shot.
I took a bus from Northampton to Mississippi one hot Spring to register votes in the South.
I was out of college and living overseas when RFK was assassinated, when colleges boiled over, when kids died at Kent State, and when America put a man on the moon.
I'm old enough to remember the first layoffs.
Therefore, I believe I am a tiny bit older than Dick.

Thanks to all of you on the list for making each writing day so much fun!

Carol
